The room was very clean & the bed very comfortable - quiet too. A greasy chicken restaurant is across the road and has a strong odor. Same with hotel breakfast room.

They gave us a handicap room on the 2nd floor . I went to front desk to ask for a top floor and not a handicap cap room beings we would be there 5 nights .They said they could not . The next night our friends checked in and received a room on the 3 rd floor . We could tell by the lobby ,parking lot and hallway Tagg they could have moved us . I feel they did not because we booked through hotel.com

Barely enough staff, so checkin took 25 minutes. Not enough breakfast food. TV did not have volume. Shower was broken. The area was loud and packed with retail chains. We would not choose this hotel again.

Rooms need maintenance
Okay but not as good as other hotels from Best Western Plus. Noisy squeaky doors and non-functional bath tub. Possibly old property and not maintained properly. Rest all amenities and food was great.
