Staff member were Awesome! They were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Wifi great, buffet breakfast was plentiful. Location was perfect for our needs.

It was a great property, good location for us and a good value. Huge 2 bedroom apartments. Staff was excellent all the time!! Includes breakfast buffet poolside.

Nice hotel for one night, or longer

Pros: Very pleasant and clean and the hotel staff was very accommodating. They also spoke English very well.
Cons: The information about the shuttle to the airport needs to be made more clear. Remember it must be arranged 48 hours in advance.
Location: The location is off the main streets and would be difficult to find if driving. The park nearby is beautiful, but restaurants are few.
We used this hotel as a lay over location for an early flight back to the USA. It is listed as a residence hotel as each unit has a full kitchen, dinning and living room area plus a separate bedroom. It would be perfect for a longer stay in San Jose, but we booked it because of the shuttle service to the airport. Upon arrival we discovered that the shuttle service must be arranged 48 hours ahead of time, and thus it was not available to us. Travelocity did not state this in their information about the hotel so it was upsetting. The hotel staff was great at arranging a large taxi van to pick us up at 3:45 a.m. but that service cost much more than the shuttle would have. The hotel itself is very nice and very clean, but only has an air conditioner in the bedroom which definitely does not cool the entire unit. It is within walking distance of a beautiful park, but only a few restaurants are close. We were fortunate that our driver knew the location, but if we had been driving it would have been very difficult to find.

Great Hotel, Excellent Price

Pros: The room was spacious, with all of the amenities, and the buffet breakfast was nice.
Cons: Front desk staff were pretty inept as far as knowledge and the ability to handle problems. We got more info from others outside of the hotel.
Location: Located near a beautiful park in San Jose. Inexpensive taxi ride ($3-4) to downtown and shopping. Area tours can be booked with local companies.
We were extremely pleased with our hotel room. It was a two-bedroom, two-bath suite with a full kitchen. The kitchen clock never worked, but other than that, it was perfect. We wished that we had brought other family members to take full advantage of the room.

Very Nice Hotel to Stay

Pros: Everything
The hotel provided us transportation from the airport to the hotel at no charge. The hotel was very nice with a very friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our room and had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rates are very good. The pool was great and the morning buffet was very good. The location is good too. We enjoyed the walk from the hotel to city center. The large, beautiful park is very near by as well as the national soccer stadium. We will stay there again.
