Emailed the hotel for picked up at the airport several times, no reply. Decided to get a rental Continued to get locked out of the room using the room key. Had to call to get the room cleaned, towels, and soap daily. Seems the sign on the door didn’t work. Horrible service from staff. Called for room service and was told 30 min. Well over an hour to get food during non- peek hours. We called the front desk three times without an answer. I ended up walking to the front desk to cancel room service. The front desk agent was chatting it up with other staff and not answering the phone. Consider eating out for breakfast vs paying for the hotels breakfast. I would not return to the hotel again.

Meh. Cons: The shallow part of the pool never looked as clean as the pics shown on here. No hot tub in the out door area, I was told there in one inside the gym. I went the week of April 12 and even though the weather was nice it still felt cool after 3pm so a hot tub would be nice outdoor. The hotel room always smelled weird I think it’s bc of the carpet. The tub area walls of the bathroom looked stained dirty as well as the nonslip mat that goes inside. We took a shower with our water shoes to avoid that situation but no one should if your staying at good hotel. They only leave 2 towels so if you have a party of 4 request them. The shower area repeatedly somehow leaked water outside the tub. We had it “repaired” the 2nd night we stayed but it still kept somehow leaking. The cards to go in the room worked every-time however we had reprogram them twice bc you need them for the elevators and we would get stuck in there and it was annoying. We stayed at another hotel where they told us not to put the card near our phones or other credit cards which helped after finding that out from another hotel personnel. Pros: outside and inside are very nice. They have a small walking trail with a lot of trees and pretty plants. The pool is nice to visit between 10am-2pm when it’s hotter bc the water felt on the cooler side even though the water coming out felt warm. The hammocks in the outdoor area are niceto relax in. The outdoor restaurant was delicious and the servers were attentive.

The cleaning staff take some of my stuff and also the charge for some items in the mini bar the we never take.The staff in the Front Desk never have a answer for my questions?I think they need more training.Poor customer service. We expense a lot of money for bad service never again going back to this hotel.They also no have nothing for people with disabilities like they give a handicap space to people the no stay in the hotel I think we pay enough money they need to take care a customer remember customer pay employees salaries if you have poor customer service you guys going to loose customers
