the property was ok for the price , severed our purpose - however the staff lied to me about parking , i was told i could park in front of there hotel office on the the street , that they owned those spaces . i got a 90 dollar ticket and the hotels answer was oh well ...the pool was also closed and appeared to have been closed and will remain close for some time . the area isn't the best , but not the worst -over all if it wasn't for them lying about the parking & costing me extra money and there complete unwillingness to make the mater right , i would of gave them a better review.

WHILE THERE WAS PARKING, SPACES WERE SMALL, TIGHT AND INCONVENIENT. 4 FLOORS WITH NO ELEVATORS. INCONVENIENT, AND DECEIVING/MISSING INFO ON LISTING.

Way overpriced. The office and parking area were very run down. There were only about 6 regular parking spots and the rest were under a carport and divided into super-tiny slots that you can barely squeeze into and with so many dividing posts that if you can get the front doors open you can't get the back doors open. Not the best neighborhood, the office was under security lock and you had to be buzzed in and the building with our room had a security gate with electronic key lock. NO ELEVATOR, SO WE HAD TO DRAG OUR HEAVY BAGS UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!!! The building was generally very run down and in need of paint and new carpets, but SURPRISE!!! When we got to our room it was very, very large, all freshly painted and upgraded, with flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. Because of the lack of elevator and funky neighborhood I wouldn't stay there again.

This property is absolutely ugly and dirty looking and dumping looking when you first enter the lobby area. But our room was very clean and spacious. It even had a sofa. The beds are comfortable and the linens were clean and the room was very clean and had some newer updated things in it. But looking at the outside you would swear it was going to be dumpy and dirty. I was pleasantly surprised when we saw the room. In addition, the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful and willing to meet your needs. I am always hot and sweaty and the rooms do not have air conditioning. There was a fan in the room and two of the windows opened which cooled the room off sufficiently for me. FYI, I accidentally booked this place. I thought I was booking a different place with similar name. So it was my surprise when I drove up and it didn't look anything like the photos. But like I said the rooms were nice so we stayed. I would definitely stay there again. I gave it four stars instead of five because of the appearance of the outside and when you enter the lobby it's musty smelling and old and definitely needs painting and cleaning. But like I said, all in all the room was great the staff was friendly and accommodating and I would rebook.

Really friendly staff and a great location.
Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't beat the location close to great restaurants and the golden gate bridge.

Good location.
The room had two ceiling lights with no fixture which was ugly and surprising considering the price. The door yo the parking lot was never locked or closed which was surprising as it is right off a busy street. Otherwise it was quiet on the second floor.

Overall Terrible
When we arrived the owner was walking what we thought across the alley only to find out it was the 2nd half of place. Which is where are so called room was. You have to climb a set of old old stairs and I am handicapped and the handrails were substandard. There are no air conditioning units absolutely NO parking unless you are the 1st 8 people to arrive. The room has very very old linens it was a style my grandmother had when I was growing up. The carpet was stained and appeared very dirty. Overall I would not recommend this place to no one. It was terrible.
