will not stay again

Pros: location (maybe)
Cons: No free Internet, Noisy, hard pillow
Crowne Plaza was my fifth hotel during my recent trip and I was hoping my bad experience with hotels in Europe is coming to the end. But one thing was exactly the same as in last 3 hotels - no free internet and paid one is crappiest I had in last 10 years before this trip. I understand they contract with third party company to provide wifi service, but please evaluate them! Ask guests opinions! If I can't use it for my basic needs even after paying for it, do you expect me to pay more, stay on hold and try to resolve problem with local support? Working in IT industry for 25 years I know it can't be solved most of the time anyway ('restart your computer' is most common 'resolution'). I'm not happy and not coming back. Pillow was terrible, "thank you" for neck pain.
