There were multiple plugs that didn't work in the room as well as the shower/bath water wouldn’t get warm. There were no other rooms available to switch to since it was New Years.

Staff lied about tv working, repairing ac, and giving me a refund which was supposed to be $150.00 not the $100.00 they refunded. Now they won’t respond.

Rooms not very clean. Housekeeping is very weird with towels, only letting you exchange a dirty for a clean. One day I was questioned about which towels I turned in??? I found a wasp body, a silverfish, a house centipede and a dead bee on my floor at different times during my 3 week stay. I also mopped about 6 times with fabuloso, but every time, the white towels were black. The area around is the main prostitution area for National City so there were naked girls walking up and down the street day and night. They charge $12 per night to park. I chose to park right outside the curb, closest to the lobby. Their parking lot is usually pretty empty and they should be providing free parking because of the prostitution. One night, I was gathering stuff from my vehicle when a group of guys pulled up in front of me. I wasn’t paying attention, but I felt a huge whack on my butt and then hands sliding through to the front. I turned around and screamed at the guy. He was very intoxicated and the staff cooperated with police. Thing is, you’d think that they would let me park in the parking lot after that happened, but no. I was sexually assaulted right outside their night window! No one followed up with me or even checked on me after that incident and the men did not get asked to leave the hotel. They knew where my room was and which car was mine. I was so scared. Also, the staff are all these stiff, super formal and professional dudes. It was waaaay to much for a small motel.
