The facility was mostly clean. There unfortunately, was some mold in the shower in our room. The staff for the most part were very unfriendly. No smiles back when you are trying to smile and be friendly.

The initial check in was great. Once we got ready for bed we noticed about 10 hairs in the bed. I called the upfront staff and it took about 40 minutes for them to respond. She handed me a “clean” blanket and left. I called the next day to complain and she said that we should have requested a new room. I wasn’t very happy with that response. It was late and we were exhausted and I just didn’t want to be that person. There was no apology at all. Not to mention, they should have recommended that when I called initially.
