Our AC unit didn’t work the whole time we were there. Two night stay. Spoke to the young man at the desk but got zero response or help.

Overall pretty good property. Big negative was no pool towels although strict rules that you can't use room towels and the hot tub was FILTHY.

The rooms were good size and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. However, the property and rooms need a major facelift, from ripped screen doors, water damaged walls and dated furniture.

Overall the staff was that friendly. There was a mouse in our room and the building just wasn't that clean.

Nice location, room was spacious, elevator worked well, quite room. Room Drapes had stains, spots on bed covering at foot of bed. Due to Pandemic restrictions got a sack breakfast with a chocolate muffin, chocolate nut bar, orange juice box and an apple. 24 hour Coffee service could have been better. Room could have been cleaner

There was not much to like. Vickie was very dude at check in, we could not use WiFi because it was not secure. The workout room was torn up with windows that could not be open. Machines that we so loud I could it at my room door down the other side of the hall. Beds were queen size not king size. Would never recommend,. Also kids were playing in driveway by cars ,who lived in the neighborhood and no one thought that was wierd,who worked there
