The absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a hotel. No towels and the sofa bed still had the stained sheets on it from the prior guest. I had to go to the FD to get the sheets to make up the bed myself. Not enough towels in the room. Mgt response was they did not have enough towels on site. I ended up getting the towels I needed from the pool area. I could have stayed at a lower cost hotel and I don't think I would have had the problems with the sofa bed. I have pics if you want to see them.

Super friendly staff! We did late check in and our room was still waiting for us even though the hotel was sold out. Had a great time here with my family.

The property was clean and pleasant. I didn’t like the fact that my bed was not made because I left my personal blanket on the bed.

I was there for 5 nights hotel was well kept..room was clean and a lot of room..nice breakfast for guests..staff was friendly..was there for my sons bootcamp graduation at Lackland Air Force base..goin down in a few months for another ceremony and will be staying here again

Location was perfect with restaurants and shops very close by. Front Desk staff was very nice. Housekeeping was terrible. They only made up bed and provided clean towels. We never received vacuuming, mirrors were not wiped off and sink in toilet room, which was separate from shower, was never cleaned out. The manager of the hotel was unprofessional. She sent me an email on my arrival date trying to move me for one night because the hotel was “sold out.” Luckily I did not see it until the next day after I was already checked in. I sent her and email explaining my disappointment and how I was a rewards member. She made it clear that moving me was because I used a third party to make my reservation and stated they would never move a rewards member as if the money from a third party reservation is different from money from Marriott rewards member. I would not stay there again if I ever go back to San Antonio, Texas.
