I stay here a lot! This time however the room was dirty.. hair all over and bathroom floor was sticky. Comforter on bed had something on it.. so I was disappointed this time as this is usually my go to.

I liked that the two staff members I spoke with were pleasant. I liked that my room number was written down instead of being said out loud. I did not like that when I pulled the sheets back (on a made up bed) that there were body hairs & pubic hairs on the sheet. I called downstairs to see if housekeeping could change the sheets & there was no housekeeping in early evening. An attendant brought sheets up to my room for me to change. Afterwards I took a shower & there was a used dry washcloth on the shower handle. Brushed my teeth that night to see the sink had facial shaving remnants in it. I was disappointed & grossed out with the room… really the only description.

The hotel was just what we were looking for. Although it is showing signs of aging, it was clean, comfortable and as accommodating as can be during this time of Covid.
