There were either homeless ppl, drug addicts, drug sellers or all of those walking around. The place looked like a third world hotel. The building was dirty, our room floor hadn’t been swept. Full trash bags were laying around. There was a junky vehicle in the parking lot, on jack stands, being worked on. There was graffiti on our sheets, something about “M will get you”, & the same graffiti on the inside of our room door. The room fire alarm was missing, (HELLO FIRE DEPT). There was base trim missing. The ironing board & iron were missing from the wall rack. Wall switch plates were damaged & written on. A night stand lamp shade was damaged. There was no phone in the room. Carpet was stained & damaged in our room & in the building. At 1 a.m. some guy was knocking on our door either to sell us drugs or to buy drugs, while shady looking ppl walked up & down the hallways. I took pictures. The ONLY reason my wife & I didn’t leave was because we had an event to attend & leaving would cause us to be very late. I can’t believe the owners operate in those conditions while charging the same rates as quality hotels. I’ll be sending them a letter

TERRIBLE! DRUGGIE HOTEL! Take your money and run. We booked 2 suites and when we arrived we were told that the suites were being used by live-in residence. We were given the option of two regular rooms at the same price. We were given third-floor rooms and the elevators were out of order. While walking through the staircase all we could smell was marijuana!!! When we got to our room it was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The front desk clerk said she could not control what the guests do. There was an employee mopping the floor in the office area with a very skimpy dress showing off her leg tattoo. We immediately requested a refund and left to a safe and decent hotel. This is like one of those hotels you see in the movies where women get trafficked! It was horrible, scary, and the manager and front desk clerk did not care. They quickly said we can cancel your reservation when they told me they did not have suites. DO NOT STAY HERE! Our family weekend vacation was almost ruined by the carelessness of the Red Roof Inn! If you stay here be prepared to have your vehicle or room broken into. It is a very sketchy, rundowns hotel. I have stayed at Red Roof Inn’s before and they look nothing like this one. This is the forgotten hotel of the franchise! DO NOT STAY HERE! IT DOESNT FEEL SAFE!
