At check in they put in a filthy room! We were not early so I'm not sure why this happened. The 2nd room was on the 2nd floor which wouldn't be a problem if an elevator was available. My wife and I are both handicapped. They had no other rooms downtown available apparently. There was 2 ladies at the counter, one was semi professional the other wouldn't even acknowledge us when the first lady asked her to take over the paperwork. The 2nd room was cleaner, there was dead bugs in view and live ones in the sink.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked two rooms for a family getaway. The room with the double beds had stained sheets, no toilet paper, no Kleenex and the tub was stained to the point shower shoes were needed. The room with the king sized bed had a RED sofa with bleach stains and very likely bed bugs, the window was broken and the lock did not work, sheets were soiled and only 1 face towel was provided. In addition- there was no housekeeping and the supposed breakfast was laughable, looked and smelled unsuitable for human consumption. No elevator, obvious disrepair throughout the facility and the cherry on top was the rude, unprofessional, apathetic unscrupulous proprietor and her staff. Consider yourself warned - sleeping in your car would be better than wasting good money at this place.

The complimentary breakfast wasn't good at all, and is only served 6-8am. The room was good, but the neighbors were super noisy. Also, this hotel doesn't allow smoking, yet the people in room across ours were obviously smoking weed. It stinking in the hallway and our room :-( Also, their soaps and other personal care items were terrible! Everything smelled old!

Checked in at 5:30 pm and checked out at 4:00 am, in less than 12 hours was moved into 3 different rooms because of conditions of rooms. Sent email to management and left 2 messages with front desk clerks and 4 days later still no response from management.

It was the worst experience in a hotel I have had ever! Someone in the room above me walked around in their room all night long and the floor creaked and popped all night long!!! The beds and covers were very uncomfortable!!!
