Smelled really bad in elevator and hall , drain in shower clogged and swimming pool dirty and green

This place was absolutely filthy and we refused to stay the night and left to find another hotel. The bed was dirty, hairs on floor in bathroom. In addition, we booked this place because the suite was suppose to have a King and Queen bed, only had a King in Suite. Management has refused to refund me but taking up with La Quinta customer service.

New Years Eve stay. Firework stand on property which made for limited parking as people were lighting fireworks by the cars. The room was not dusted in a while, bedding has stains, tub/shower had rusted spots. Sketchy neighborhood behind hotel. Considering all of that it was over priced. Arrived there at 12:20am and Check in person was sitting where breakfast is served with her feet up and asked if I was checking in. Considering it was a last minute booking I feel we should have just kept driving. Check out person was so sweet though.

This hotel was very dirty, stinky, no sheet on the sofa bed, and had messed up shower head that sprayed water all over the place. No cleaning staff if you stay more than one day. The front desk is left unattended most of the day and night. I will never stay at one of these hotels ever again.

I booked a deluxe suite one with a king bed and a queen bed and a living room area when I checked in they told me that location did not have that particular room at that location why did it let me book it I don’t know the place smelled like raw sewage I was accommodated was just a double bed room on the first floor where I said smelled like raw sewage the back side exit door of the hotel did not lock that was very scary the restrooms needed some deep cleaning I pick this location because it was three minutes away from my mothers doctors appointment and the location area was a dominions I new for sure I would not have any problems in that area pictures on website look nice but like they say looks could be deceiving only good thing there was several good places around there that we could go pick up food to eat I have not stayed in La Quinta hotels for years and I probably will not stay there again for a long time due to this experience
