Worst experience ever we stayed in room 424 and woke up with bed bugs all in the bed, we took pics and videos!!! Worst part we had all three of our kids and had to wake them up at 3 in the morning, they moved us to another room and that room was dirty the restroom wasn’t even clean!! We ended up just coming home!! Never will I everrrrr stay here again!!!

We did comp your stay for the inconvenience and I came to the hotel early to meet with you however you had already departed. I apologize that I wasn't available to meet with you in person to discuss the issues you encountered, however our team addressed it as quickly and efficiently as possible. We're very sorry that we didn't meet and exceed your standards feel free to contact the hotel directly with any additional concerns.

Check-in process was cumbersome and annoying. I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. My assigned room was right next to the elevators! Had to lug everything back to front desk to get new room
