They were shut down, and no one was there. I had to look for a different motel to stay at.

Sorry, we. Shut down because pandemic, second we are stuck overseas could not get flight in. You have to understand situations. Just right bad review not making sense. We are gone since last October and we are due back April. Thanks for bad review, by the way we cancel all reservations

The woman at the front desk at check-in was extremely friendly and nice and that is about the only good thing I can say about this motel. The pictures online look nice, that is deceiving. It is very dumpy looking once you get there. In the online photo's, it showed a nice open pool, but the pool was not only closed, but over grown with weeds and surrounded by a very rusty old fence. It looked like it had not been operational in years. They advertised coffee in the office but the office was never open in the morning. The parking lot was full of cracks and the place needed a good paint job. I would not even take pictures of the outside because I didn't want anyone to know we stayed in such a shoddy looking place. Inside was not too bad, it was clean. The a/c worked good. But it looked very old and dated. It was a close drive to Old Orchard Beach, but on a very busy road with traffic noise all night long. The price was good but you get what you pay for :(

We stayed during a peak weekend, and options were few. This place is fine in a pinch, but not for a “special weekend”. If price is your primary concern, this is certainly worth a look

Honest

I know that I was getting a deal and it wasn't going to be a five star hotel. But the pool was closed (it was June 17th and should have been ready for the season). There is never coffee in the office, the WiFi password must be the best kept secret in saco cuz it is nowhere to be found. There is never help in the office. Air conditioner and vent in shower was very dirty. And not at all management's fault cuz stuff goes wrong but the toilet broke in middle of the night and when I tried to tell the woman in the office she brushed it off like it was ok for a guest to have to open the toilet and pull the stopper every time it needed to be flushed. Just a cheap place to spend the night, but please reconsider booking this motel if you have kids or an extended stay.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Had a great time, kids enjoyed the mini golf and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Hotel is ok close to Funtown

Pros: The people were grea.
Cons: A little run down
Location: Fun Town and Aguaboggin.
People who run the place were very nice & accomadating.

Pros: proximity to Beach and price equal to condition of motel.
Cons: Continuation of upgrades that have been happening at motel.
Owners hard working nice couple. Had an issue which was a mistake on the owners part ...was taken care of.
