It was a hell hole bed was not clean floor was not vacuumed it smells it was bad !!!!

Upon checking in, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff at the front desk. They seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing any sort of genuine hospitality. It took an uncomfortably long time to get my room key, and there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Once I finally made it to my room, I was appalled by the condition in which I found it. The room was dated, shabby, and in dire need of renovation. The carpet was stained and worn, the furniture was scratched and in poor condition, and the walls were dirty and marked. It was immediately clear that this hotel had not invested in maintaining its rooms for quite some time. The cleanliness of the room was also highly questionable. The bathroom had visible mold and mildew in the corners, and the shower had a foul smell. It was evident that the cleaning staff had not paid attention to the details, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unhygienic.

They advertised a pool and breakfast on their website, but when we arrived they had a fake Covid sign saying they had to close the pool because of Covid. Later they said it was because of maintenance. On top of that they did not have breakfast even though it was advertised on their website. Hotel was dirty and Smokey. Avoid this hotel, they have problems.

I didn’t like that pool and free breakfast were not updated on Travelocity site. I specifically searched for pool, continental breakfast and price. Booked it and did not get pool or breakfast.
