We loved our 1 night stay at Vatican Holiday. Carlo and Stefania are the wamest, most friendly hosts ever. They stayed to meet us at the door even though we were 45 minutes behind schedule, helped us find parking, and personally showed us our room. We stayed at the Vatican Holiday "Junior" location, about 500 meters from the main building. It was a great location with a pleasant secluded feeling. The rooms were recently renovated and clean. Had a little incident when we were temporarily locked out of the building at midnight because an interior deadbolt was improperly locked by another guest. Carlo answered our phone call and resolved the issue quickly. You will not find a better value anywhere near this central location and the hospitality of Carlo and Stefania make this place a real gem. Highly recommend!!
