The property is modern and clean. It is a good location to stay as it is closer to Vatican and about 1 mile walk to Colosseum. The restaurant nearby is pretty loud till midnight. It was not easy to find the property as it does not have signs on any wall. It is just a name plate near the door.

room was small, no face clothes and toilet seat was loose as well as faucet, needs more maintenance. Staff was great and location great but noisey.

We arrived late at night and the front desk had contacted us earlier to make sure we knew how to acccess th main door and room doors and allowed for an in person check in the next day. The key system is unique and they provide a YouTube video showing you how to use it which saved us some headache. The property was clean and the service was good.

one of the best places in Rome!!!!
A very good location for a tourist!!! steps away from everything, quiet and safe place. Nick's attention very nice and helpful. Definitely a place to come back. Room a bit cramped, but normal for Rome.
