Location could not be beat for this price.

Pros: Location
Cons: Minifridge would be nice. Wifi in the rooms (or at least the dining room)
Location: Walk to every site in Rome.
Best deal for families in Rome. Wife liked the simple breakfast. Perfect for the kids (aged 11 and 8). Wifi kinda sucked as it was only available in a 10'x10' square lobby.
