A HOTEL WITH NO RECEPTION SERVICE
the location is great just 2 minutes from the spanish steps. The hotel is clean, but the problem was that there was no reception service and I have to call someone to come and open the door for me and show me where was my room. The room was super clean.

You cannot beat the location! Literally 200m from Spanish steps and in the middle of the designer store area. Difficult access for elderly or disabled. Our room was small and a little tired. However, there was a decent shower, a safe, air conditioning, shower gels etc. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Good value for money all in all.

Filthy and Disgusting
This hotel is disgusting and management is beyond rude. No one available onsite to discuss any issues with. The comforter had not been washed probably ever, mold in the bathroom, and filth and dirt on the walls. So expensive for a dirty and ridiculously small room. We had to get another hotel room for the nights we were supposed to stay here, that’s how gross it was. Our new hotel was the same amount of money, but a bigger and cleaner room, with a hotel lobby (Condotti29 has nothing when you enter) and nice front.

Awesome location!
Great location. Walking distance to most everthing. Close to metro, clean. Bed was a bit hard for me, but that is not a complaint only my preference. Check in was efficient and host was extremly helpful with suggestions & directions. Would stay here again, and wouls reccomend it!

while in a great location, even with an elevator had 2 flights of stairs to climb. Check in had to be coordinated to when someone would be there. no communication on check out process. just dumped the keys are left.

Center of Rome
We stayed for two nights and following are my comments. Pros:- Amazing location , almost walking distance from all the top site seeing site, while I have booked a walking tour in the morning, post that I felt that I have actually wasted my money as I could have walked and seen all the sites on my own. Everything is in the radius of 2-3 km or 20/25min walk (for us little slow as I travelled with my 7yr old kid). Pickup and drop arranged by hotel while we paid directly to the driver. Alessandro was helpful over email. Breakfast was okay (didn’t expect much anyway and we skipped one day due to early morning flight). They keep some eatable in the room which helped and my kid loved it. Wifi available, some drops in the room but its expected as many walls around. You need to be prepared to be on your own as there isn’t anyone actually managing the reception (expected for BB kind of setup) . Overall we have had very nice stay and would love to comeback. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the center of Rome, spend time walking around, late night and enjoy ROME.
