The service (except the roof top restaurant) was excellent. Great property, great rooms, great pool, great front desk. Amazing and exceeded all expectations in every way, EXCEPT the dinner on the roof top. I would give the service at the roof top a 2 out of ten. The hostess was not nice. The service staff would ignore our table while serving others. We finally got so frustrated after waiting 45 minutes for our deserts and 2nd bottle of wine that we left. Then they tried to charge us for the unopened and undelivered bottle of wine. Worse service I ever had in Europe. I've visited Europe probably 100 times for business and pleasure.
