The Wi-Fi don’t work. No TV service; they took 5 hours to fix it. Happened twice.

Need cleaning bad! Make sure you have a backup plan about transportation, after confirming with them more than 3 times at the airport they told us they were not picking us up. Pool was so dirty! The mattress very dirty, bathroom and outside shower. The tv never worked. Bar only have a few drinks available. The security was smoking weed at night time while working. The hotel needs work

very comfortable

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, fine food, great staff
I felt very relaxed and the staff is great! This was an absolutely peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful vacation. It was quiet and clean with a friendly, welcoming staff.
