They charged me for a hand towel 30 reals cause it had a little food stain! They try to squeeze every penny out of you. I spent so much money on their roof bar to give them business instead I should have spent it somewhere else but they worry about some food stain on towel! Their elevators broke down all the time had to walk up and down 9 flights. Hotel staff w were rude and had the worst view overlooking some dirty bath tub. Their reservation is only open 4 hours and when i wanted to switch room they told travelocity to write them only to get bavk 4 days later that their policy wont allow. Room stank with musk smell in bathroom. Their roof top is extremely small, I will never stay here, this place should be 1 star!

Dear Sunny On behalf of the entire hotel staff, we apologize for your review. We also regret that the fact provoked by an attitude induced by the guest has triggered so many defamatory and slanderous complaints, whose clear intention is to denigrate the image of a hotel that, throughout its 45 years of uninterrupted operation, has always cherished satisfaction, comfort and safety of its customers. For this reason, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify the points mentioned. The face towel that has been charged to that customer was irrecoverable blemished with dark marks which was clearly used to clean shoe soles. Since the hotel has its own laundry, this deplorable fact was soon noticed by the staff and brought to the management, who authorized the charge which bothered the guest. We also clarify that the hotel's bath outfit is all made up of 600 g / m2 white premium towels and is provided to the customers with the highest satisfaction for its use and treat, but does not provide that they serve as a mop to clean shoes. Regarding the other statements, we understand that they are the consequence of the dissatisfaction caused by the occurrence with the face towel explained above, since throughout your lodging (clients were in the hotel for 3 nights), you did not take any type of complaint directly to the reception or seek to the hotel management. The hotel's front desk team is 100% staffed with bilingual staff and operates 24 hours a day. The reservations department is oppened from monday through friday (8am-6pm) and saturdays (8am - 12pm), which is the general schedule that all hotels in the city apply. During the summer - in which we have the hotel with the highest occupancy - our guest passage can be considerable and may generate greater movement at times of major flow but we have two lifts for daily use on regular basis.
