Service staff was excellent wonderful breakfast, nice and clean rooms but only had one problem with the weekend management Sunday morning. A storm came through overnight, lightning stick knocking out hot water Saturday night, no one was told that there was no hot water also had a problem getting towels the same morning. Yet no one instructed us of the Hot Water problem until after calling preparing to shower before leaving.

Please allow me to apologize for the problems we had with the hot water and our failure to let you know what had happened.We did have a plumber out that Saturday night and due to an electrical surge from a lightning strike, the control panels were rendered useless. The plumber had to order the needed control boards to correct this problem Monday morning, and we now have that taken care of..Take care and stay safe,Tom Brown, GM

The room we stayed in was a spacious suite complete with a full kitchen. The staff was great and the property was only a few minutes from downtown

Will not stay again

I had booked a king suite but when I arrived, I was told that they were out of those suites and wanted to put me in a room with two double beds. I protested that that was not what I had received a reservation for so she told me that she would put me in a queen suite. Attendant appeared unknowledgeable. When my wife and I got to the room it was a double bed with the room apparently designed for one person since the bath opened directly to the bed and there was no way to close it off. So when I got up in the morning to attend my meeting, I'm standing 6' from my wife brushing my teeth with light on with no privacy to her at all. The room was at 74 degrees and when we turned the AC on it made an irritating noise and did not function properly, therefore we were hot all night long. It was about as bad an experience as I've had in a hotel in many, many years. I would warn you to not stay there.
