Terrible Travelocity Service

First off, my review above needs an n/a option, because we never got to stay at this hotel!!! After traveling a full day with a 1 1/2 year old, 4 year old, and 6 year old, we arrived at our hotel booked through Travelocity only to be told our reservation could not be found. The hotel was full for the night. I showed the manager the reservation I had from Travelocity, and he suggested we call Travelocity for a refund and let them know our reservation was not received by the hotel. Needless to say, we will NOT be using Travelocity in the future. We will go straight to the hotel itself. What a terrible experience with Travelocity. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
