Oversold king rooms had to take 2 queens. Waited over an hour and a half waiting for a pickup at the rental car center. Called after 1st half hour and the driver had forgotten me. Was told it would be 15-20min. No show. Then was told it would be a while. No time estimate given. After an hour and a half called Lyft to take me home.

Had multiple issues with a variety of things. Remote not working in suite area and no remote in bedroom. Neither one of the heaters were working. Got first one running and then had to wait for a maintenance person to come on shift (had to get extra blanket to take chill off). Maintenance had to replace entire unit
