We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only problem is that it's pretty beat up. The door latch to our room was broken and I had to use ninja tactics in order for the door to close and lock properly. Also, the rooms aren't sound-proofed at all. You can hear the person in the next room having a conversation at normal speaking volume. My wife and I whispered the entire time.

Upon arriving we noticed trash all around the outside of the building. Checking in was a process as our concierge was more worried about her next text message than checking us in. 10 minutes check in which should only take seconds, we were giving our room cards. She never told us how to get to the elevators so we’re walking around the lobby like to idiots. Finally found the elevators. While waiting we noticed the carpet was filthy with stains, wallpaper peeling. The elevator opened and that was just as dirty. Finally got to our floor, found our room, the key card wouldn’t work in any which way. After many attempts my husband got us inside the room and upon WALKING IN, THE ROOM SMELLED OF CAT URINE!!!! DISGUSTING. There was no way in hell were we staying there. Who knows what we would’ve picked up getting into bed. Went back to the elevators only for the down button to not work. Kept trying to push it to hope it made some kind of contact, only for us to realize it wasn’t budging so we pushed the up button and pray the elevator would make its way to our floor and stop. That took forever. We decided to look for the stairs because we just wanted out of this disgusting hole, but to no avail, we couldn’t locate the stairs. By then we heard the elevator doors open and we quickly ran to it got in and went to the lobby where there was ANOTHER couple complaining of the same thing. Dirty room, smelling of urine, hair I HAVE MORE TO ADD BUT NO ROOM PLEASE REFUND ME. it was horrible
