I loved this stay. The beds and pillows are always so comfortable, the staff is awesome and not in my face, and it’s pretty quiet but close to everything. My only complaint is the picture sold me on the jets, and it was a basic tub with hand rails which didn’t make it worth the risk for my wheelchaired companion. Oh, and don’t sleep in for breakfast. Management of this hotel is so incompetent that the housekeeping staff walked off the job, so no rooms were available when we arrived. We had to find another hotel despite having a confirmed reservation at this one. Never again!

Our housekeeping staff is very much present and has never walked off their jobs, I am unsure who relayed this message to you and definitely apologize for the miscommunication. If rooms are not ready upon arrival that could be due to late departures or the specific room type. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times since it opened, as our corporate office is about 2 miles away. Never had an issue in all those years. The property still looks new, and the staff has always been great.

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful upon check-in. Pool was clean with easy access. Rooms were standard but also clean. Bed quite comfortable. Easy parking. The complimentary breakfast was weak but manageable.

I liked the remodeling that had been done since my last visit last year. The facility was bright and clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.
