I've stayed at Candlewood Suites before so my expectations were not that high But this Hotel stay has me Not wanting to stay at candlewood again

Looked as if they did a very quick cleanup. The dishwasher was full. Didn't know if the dishes were clean or dirty so left them. Shower pressure was great as was the bed comfort.

Hello, I am so sorry your experience wasn't as you expected. It seems that the COVID-19 check-in letter was not provided to you upon arrival. Under IHG COVID-19 regulations, All dishes have been clean, sanitized & placed in the dishwasher for guest arrival. There is a magnet on all dishwashers that explains this as well. We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we will use your comments to coach our team in order to provide a better experience in the future.
