Amazing! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. The hotel is located in a convenient area accessible to a park and mall. The room is cozy and has everything needed for a great stay! I highly recommend it!

Home away from Home

Pros: The charm and the staff
Cons: It is located in a neighborhood so the neighbors dogs and alarms go off a lot at night. I strongly suggest ear plugs!
Location: I went with Quito Tour Bus for the day and night tour and also for my tour to Mitad Del Mundo and enjoyed all of it.
Santiago, his staff and his family were more than I could ever hoped for. They went out of their way to be accomodating to my every need. I loved my room and I had an awesome view. Santiago did an outstanding job of being my tour guide of beautiful Quito, I relied on his suggestions of what to do and what to see during my stay 100%! I learned more about the history and culture from him than I did from most of the actual tour guides! In the words of Father Almeida "Until I come back Lord"
