Good rates and well located

Pros: Close to subway station, parking lot, breakfast included, free wi-fi in the rooms.
Cons: The variety items of breakfast, increase the number of tables and enhance the space .
Location: Good location. It's an alternative to whom don't want to pay the expensives rates of staying in Mannhattan. Some good restaurants in sorroundings.
It's really too close to subway station, comfortable bed, breakfast and parking lot included. Really good wi-fi signal in the rooms. It needs more space and tables at breakfast rooms.It needs more variaty on breakfast items. Although it has a good breakfast, it was the same meals every day. Should change a litlle bit.

For the price..Much better then expected

Pros: quick check in, very clean, friendly staff
Cons: Parking lot small (only 10 spots)

Ugh. Cig smell

Pros: pleasant enough staff.
Cons: Clean the place. Don't allow smoking in smoke free rooms.
We got in late, after midnight from a 2 hour delayed flight. The card key holder showed room #302 scratched off and #101 written over it. #101 smelled heavily of cigarette smoke - but the online room ad showed "smoke free". The room felt damp like too much humidity. The hallway carpets looked like they had not be cleaned in a long, long time.

Great location close to Manhattan.

This one one of the greatest trips we've ever enjoyed. The total was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it was an all-around great experience. As am "old-school" NYer, I love the location in Woodside. It's a very diverse area of Queens, and a real piece of the (sadly) fading old NY. If you want a touristy experience, over-pay and stay in Manhattan. If you want the real NY, please stay here. It's so close to Manhattan, and our stay here was excellent. I would especially like to thank the young lady with the long, dark hair who was working the desk. She gave 100++++% and should be commended. All around excellent!
