The staff was friendly, but seemed to be severely understaffed and didn’t have a lot of resources available to them to help make their guests stay a good one. Nothing seemed to work either. The pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work, the orange juice at “breakfast” was room temperature, and I attempted to check out at the desk 4 different times and nobody was ever there. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and since they put us up in a handicap room with with a roll-in shower basically every surface of the bathroom had moisture on it after a quick 5 minute shower. One of our bath towels also had some blood on it, that wasn’t discovered until we were ready to use it. Overall it’s not a great place to stay, but I wouldn’t pin it on the day to day staff. It looks like an ownership issue, and it needs to be taken care of.
