Too much trash in the area around the parking lot. Looks bad! Even if it is not hotel property, clean up the mess and do the world a favor! The young lady at the check-in desk was not welcoming. When asked about restaurants in the area, she told us "everyone does deal dash" and offered no more. We found several choices within a 3 minute drive, and one within a block walk. She needs to get more interested in serving the public. Other than that, the heating unit was a touch noisy. Breakfast was good and room was clean and quiet.

Check in person not friendly or helpful. She spent maybe three minutes in total and left the counter saying . Have a good night. I was still standing at the counter. One would think there could be a smile, Or a comment to let her know if I needed anything. Instead I get a message on my phone about any assistance needed. There was no printed info in the room about the TV. An hour before checkout the Manager came to my room with a remote. He said.. you probably noticed this is a new TV.. now how would I know that?The manager here needs a lot of improvement. Feel free to cal tact me about my observations about the breakfast. I had to go there for coffee because the coffee pot on the room did not work. The room was excessively hot. Expect the thermostat is not working correctly. The remote did not work so I had no TV
