2-Star service for 5-star price!!!

Cons: No free Internet, untrained staff and no customer service
In one word- TERRIBLE! The staff is untrained and there is no concept of customer service. The hotel cafe has only 3 menus! I asked for one more for my guest and was told that they have only 3 menus and we had to share. My guest's cocktail didn't taste right so we brought it to the bar tender's attention and all he said was 'Ok'! OK? how about you fix the drink? You are charging us Rs 1200 for a cocktail that tastes like water used for cleaning dishes! And finally to top it off after we asked for our check we had to wait for 25min and then when we finally decided we couldn't wait any longer and started getting up then our server finally woke up and told us that he can get it to us in another 10min! Five Star Service! and they had the temerity to charge me for the drink they didnt have the courtesy to fix. I spoke with the restaurant and the hotel manager about the poor service but they didn't do anything about it. There is one rule in the service industry "make the customer talk before they walk' but in this case they didn't believe in any such thing. Five Star Service for you! The room was very well appointed but it takes several things to make it a pleasant experience-rooms, food and service of the staff. I was warned by my friend who works for Four Season's to stay away from these five star! Please do yourself a favor and if you are in Pune then stay at Radission. That was my option and I opted for 'O'. I wanted to give the Indian Hotel a chance and got burnt! Do not make that mistake!
