Disappointing
Pros:It has a heated pool, volleyball court and out door family games.
Cons:The food and drinks as well as the building needs a lot of maintenance.
Location:Horse back riding on the beach was nice and beach massages are inexpensive.
We have stayed at 7 different all inclusive hotels over the last 10 years none of which were super high end. We booked this vacation very last minute so there were few choice left.
Let's start with the positives: They had an amazing heated pool and the hotel was on a beautiful beach.
Upon arrival: Things looked OK
The rooms: Very disappointing. They were damp, lacked decor, the bathrooms were falling apart, and most rooms had no balcony. They left a bottle of wine in the room, with no bottle opener. They never fully stocked the bathroom with towels, we had 2 adults and 2 children and only received 2/3 clean towels and 1 wash cloth. The minibar was dismal, they would only stock 1 time a day with 2 waters, 2 beers and 2 soda's, if you wanted more water you had to pay. Every other resort we have been to has pushed bottle water.
The food: Very disappointing and we are not picky about food. We ended up having lunch and dinner at restaurants on the beach for cheap and it was awesome. This is a family resort with 2 sit down restaurants 1 is adult only. Really?? You had to book reservations from the breakfast hostess, the one day we tried, we asked the hostess, she said she would be right back then disappeared.
The drinks were not very good either, I usually love margaritas but they were flavorless :-(
Overall, they were understaffed, no swim-up bar, poor food and crumbling resort. Much better choices on this beautiful beach.

My three daughters and I stated at Samba Vallarta and had a blast! Great staff, great entertainment and lots of stuff to do. The beach was beautiful and so was the resort. We'd go back every year

Very good option for your vacation.
Pros:Free Internet, Quiet
This is a good option for an all inclusive hotel in Nuevo Vallarta. It is not a luxury hotel but it has all what you need to enjoy your vacation. The room is large enough to accommodate two adults and two children. Hotel staff is very friendly, from the bellmen to the activities team they are helpful.
The gardens and pool are spacious so you do not feel crowded, restaurants also have enough space so no waiting for lunchtime.
The food in the restaurants is not the best I have try in an all inclusive hotel but is good.
In general a very good option for your vacation.

Cons:Poor breakfast
We travel this summer and stay was not its best, hotel is supper crowed and was undergoing repairs, the buffet has not variety. I never found the 3 pools it just seemed like one large one. Rooms were clean and staff friendly, yet I have stayed at better places for the same amount of money spend.

Just OK
Pros:Free breakfast
Clean, comfortable, nice resort. However we went over Easter break and It was really crowded and filled with what seemed liked a mexican family reunion with tons of little kids.... Not much activity during the day like other resorts we have stayed at. It was just OK....I probably would not return to this resort unless the price was cheap.....

This was a small hotel. It had everything we needed but it was not fancy. The staff made the experience wonderful. Everyone knew our name, our favorite foods and drinks. They made us feel at home. Service was quick and friendly.
