This hotel has several restaurants. Some restaurants require dinner reservations a day in advance. After making a reservation, please be sure to receive a confirmation email. An employee may accidentally order room service for dinner that day.

There were many points to this resort that were a major turn off. First point, when we arrived, they had us wait 2 hours for our room key. We arrived at 3:10 and received our keys at 5:40. In this time, they had a member of the concierge sit down with you and basically go through the process of getting you set up with activities. Then, a final sales pitch at the end. Then you are committed to a presentation that they say is only 30 minutes but in reality was 2.5 hours. We noticed majority of the guests get pressured into this, and honestly it made us extremely uncomfortable and irritated. Towards the end of the presentation they state there’s no obligation but then they pretty much passively pressure you into making a decision in that moment. That was the second point. Third, the resort has very little entertainment at night and the rooftop bar is very mid. Not for a middle aged crowd whatsoever. This made the trip with not much to do in the evenings and after dinner. If you do want to go into town, you can take a taxi with about a 20-25 min drive. For an all inclusive resort, there is no kitchen after 11pm, so if you’re wanting to eat something later, you’re SOL. The pro points in this was the amazing staff. Everyone except concierge was very attentive and polite. The beach staff was our favorite, Juanito in particular. I sound like a negative Nancy here but I definitely want visitors to get a real review. I will not be returning to this resort.
