Loved the adult only pool area. Very short walk to the bar. Great luncheon salad. Liked that bar put drink in personal insulated container. But..pool water was cold, no hot tub. Enjoyed the guacamole making and eating. Loved being included to play botchi ball. Did not like how large the resort was. Too much walking and too many steps. Brazilian stk house was our least favorite. Felt rushed between courses. The beef was tough. Favorite restaurants were the Japanese and Mexican. Checkin / Checkout process was smooth. NP.

I'm not the review type, but felt the need to because I relied on reviews when I chose this resort. It's beautiful, clean, friendly, huge, safe, fun & very accommodating. Food was decent with a fair amount of options & plentiful. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Angie greeted us upon arrival, during stay and departure, she is gorgeous, pleasant & helpful. We was sad to leave, would definitely return & recommend this resort for sure. There was honestly NOTHING to complain about.

The property is nice but a little tired. The rooms could use some updating. We had showers that leaked and sometimes didn't work at all. Lower level rooms smelled musty and although they did bring in humidifiers that didn't help. The staff/service throughout the property is great but we found the front desk service lacking. They do not have enough help at the front desk to deal with issues and wait times were incredibly long. We felt we wasted so much time trying to resolve room issues and getting our bracelet/room keys reprogrammed. We were promised upgrades that never happened. It was frustrating. We were a group of 17 and my parents had been there twice before. After this experience, I'm not sure we'd go back.

If you fly into Cancun, it is easy to get to this property. If you fly into Cozumel, be prepared to get a taxi from the airport for a couple of miles and then have to take a ferry boat to the mainland. then you have to catch another taxi to get to this hotel. this will take at least a couple of hours total time. Nobody tells you this when you book the flight into Cozumel. I would definitely fly into Cancun if you are looking for a quick and easy way. Although if you want adventure, take the 40 minute ferry boat across the ocean. that was fun all in all. However, If there are windy conditions, the ferry will not run and you’ll be ABSOLUTELY STUCK WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION TO THE MAINLAND.
