Staff and hotel was fine. We had a ADA room for my 91 year old mother. The bed was way too high for her to get in or out alone.

It was in an area that made it quiet. Being disabled, I was not happy about having to challenge stairs!!

I have stayed at this facility before and had a wonderful experience. This time was wonderful as well. I would recommend for the night auditor to work on his communication skills with customers and staff alike. He was quite abrupt and very unwelcoming. All the other staff were wonderful!

Attention was paid to even the smallest of things. For example in the breakfast bar they offered both biscuits and tortillas. If you were in a rush you could have made a breakfast burrito and been on the road. Perfect low cost, considerate solution to their guests unanticipated needs. BUT the thing I enjoyed the most is rather silly. Along with the usual shampoo and soap there was a cute little rubber ducky sitting on the side of the tub. It was whimsical, inviting and just ever so homey in an otherwise nice but generic hotel room. After a long day it provided a welcome smile. These were both small simple low cost things but they both made the entire stay seem friendlier and happier. That's not to say that the staff weren't wonderful because they were.
