Taxes/Fees Included: The prices displayed for air fare on our site are inclusive of all taxes, governmental fees, and other mandatory charges. However, remember that you may incur other flight-related charges that are not payable to us and are not included in the quoted price, such as airline baggage fees and other charges for optional airline services. Booking Requirements: Fares shown are based on Business class travel on LAN Airlines, and are in U.S. dollars. Tickets must be booked no later than 11:59PM (CST) October 22, 2012. Up to a 21-day advance purchase is required. Valid Travel Period: Fares are valid for travel November 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013. Sale fares are valid for travel daily. Min/Max Stay: Up to a 7-day minimum stay is required. Blackout Dates: For travel north and south bound fares are not valid for travel February 7, 2012 through February 8, 2013 or March 28, 2013 through April 2, 2013. For travel south bound fare are not valid December 15 through December 23, 2012. For travel north bound fares are not valid January 1 through January 15, 2013. Ticketing Changes: Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Changes to your ticket may be made if you met the restrictions of the new fare and pay up to a $100 fee plus any fare difference. Changes must be made before your ticketed flight's scheduled departure time. If you do not cancel your flight before scheduled departure time, the ticket has no value. For complete change and cancellation details, please read the rules of the fare you're considering booking. Other Conditions: Seats are limited and sale fares may not be available on all flights. Each member's category is determined by the number of miles flown on fares that earn miles on LAN or any of the oneworld partner airlines, as well as the bonuses earned by members for service class on LAN flights. The category can also be determined by the number of segments flown on LAN on fares that earn miles. Category conditions must be met within a calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
