The Carubbian festival takes place in San Nicolas every Thursday night from 6 pm 10 pm, showcasing multicultural charms of Arubas Sunrise City. Tourists can purchase a package at their hotel including round-trip transportation.
The center of activities is a stage area where the audience can relax at tables to enjoy a diversity of cuisines from the region and a parade of local entertainers. The main street is closed to traffic and it becomes a pedestrian mall filled with colorful booths selling local food, handicrafts and logo souvenirs, with fun activities for the entire family.
Arubas Carnival celebration is a yearly colorful event which includes street parties, festive parades and creative contests for locals and visitors alike. Held during the Memorial Day holiday weekend, the Aruba Soul Beach Music Festival is a remarkable event highlighting special performances by star-studded artists. The three-night concert series takes place in San Nicolas and has featured past performances by artists including Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Wyclef Jean, India Arie, Sean Paul, Lauren Hill, Toni Braxton, and Jamie Fox.
|Aruba International Film Festival
Now in its third year, the Aruba International Film Festival transforms Aruba into the center of attention in the world of cinematography. Actors, producers, film-makers, film lovers and members of the international press gather on island to view a wide selection of films, join in discussions and attend special events. Screenings and most events take place in the Paseo Herencia Entertainment Center and a concert series features performances on the grounds of the Aruba Ports Authority.
|Aruba Piano Festival
The festival, taking place each September, is one of the most important annual chamber music events in the Caribbean region, and includes classical recitals from internationally acclaimed musicians, as well as master classes for amateur talent and a piano competition, giving talented youthful pianists from Aruba the chance to be discovered and acknowledged. Festival events take place in some of Arubas most beautiful cultural locations, including Arubas Cas di Cultura, the National Library and Da Vinci Academy.

Arubas Caribbean Sea Jazz Festival has featured international and local artists from a variety of musical genres including salsa, jazz, rock, and even hip hop. In addition to music, highlights of the festival include street theater, fine arts, and a food area with culinary specialties. The annual event takes place in October.

The annual Aruba in Style is an exciting mix of fashion shows, parties, presentations and shopping on island. The event, taking place in November, brings together designers, celebrities, models, fashionable consumers and the media to experience in-season resort, ready to wear and bridal collections. Activities include unique in store shopping experiences, events open to the public and exclusive invitation-only soirees.
|Aruba International Half Marathon
International competitors participate in Arubas longest road race. The event starts in San Nicolas, at the Joe Laveist Sport Park and ends at the Alhambra Casino parking lot.
|Aruba Beach Tennis National Championshisps
This popular new sport takes center stage on Arubas Moomba Beach as international beach tennis pros and amateurs compete for the title of top beach tennis team.
|Annual Aruba Hi-Winds Competition
Arubas trade winds provide the perfect conditions for the largest amateur windsurfing event in the Caribbean. The event takes place at Beaches at Fishermans Hut Hadicurari and features exciting windsurfing and kiteboarding competitions in various categories, including men, women, juniors, masters, and free style. It also includes a long distance race and King and Queen of the huts contest.

Professional and amateur golfers from countries such as the U.S., Venezuela, Brazil, and Holland team up to showcase their skills in this two-day, 36-hole tournament held at Tierra del Sol. The competition features gifts, prizes and special events.
