Hotel restaurant was never open when we tried to eat there. Wednesday (7/7) evening was to be open until 10 and closed early. We needed a cold drink and couldn’t get one anywhere. The lobby drinks were not refrigerated. Wasn’t open at all Thursday (7/8) evening. We were left with no dinner that night, unfortunately. Staff was great Wednesday evening and Thursday morning but the girl working Thursday evening was super rude and miserable. Wifi wouldn’t work in our room, would go in and out. Lobby snacks that were available for purchase were stale and inedible. We loved our room and the remodeled hotel but very upset that the amenities we were excited for, we’re not available. As well as disappointment from the rude staff member.
