Front desk personnel was very friendly and professional. Also, the room was very comfortable and clean. The facility is in a questionable neighborhood but the property is gated. Also, the rooms are cleaned with highly perfumed cleaners.

Great location for a flight, friendly staff, easy check in. One concern, I called ahead and asked about parking while flying and was told it was free for guests. This was the primary reason I booked this hotel. When I arrived I was told it was $10 a day. The hotel made it right and I was not charged due to the misinformation, but beware when asking. I appreciated the accommodation and respectful understanding

The only complaint I have is I wasn't allowed to extend my stay for another full week. I would stay here again! Having access to free washer/dryer is a plus and having the kitchen in the room with kitchen utensils is great.
