As soon as we got there there was a room next to us with multiple little dogs barking. I booked this room solely for the spa tub and it was disgusting the drain was broken paint was peeling all over and there was hair all over the tub. We went to the front desk to complain about the dogs because they wouldn't stop barking and they told us they would only move us if we paid so they got another manager who just laughed about it like it was no big deal but finally moved us to another room no charge. The room was cleaner and quieter but we kept finding centipedes in the room and i wished we had just left and found somewhere else to stay never agiain will i book there on top of that all the pictures for the hotel are just basic from a nice one this one was so run down and out dated and the outisde doors didn't even latch.

I liked the property location and the staff. Did not like a smoked filled ashtray right outside an entrance/exit door on the side of the building.

Safety lock on the door was broken. Wallpaper is coming off in a few areas. I did like the proximity to the beach. The woman who checked me in was very kind but when I was checking out I waited for quite awhile since that staff member was trying to service the kitchen and front desk

Would not recommend

Was assured that room was ready but it wasn't. Old hotel needs clean up. Water in tub and sink would not go down drain. Missing pillowcase on one bed carpet was not vacuumed floor in bathroom didn't look clean spots on mirrors bathroom door was difficult to close coffee pot wasn't clean. I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep. I had to go back to the front desk because neither one of the keys worked. I waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come up to the desk. My credit card was billed a second time by the hotel after I paid thru Travelocity. I enjoyed my trip except for the stay at the hotel. It was not a "Quality " Inn

Location was great. BUT......

It's a very old run down looking hotel. Lots of patchwork fix jobs. Kinda of smells like grandmas house from the 50's. Pillows were mini pillows, stains on the walls, AC worked great... Breakfast was good, but that's about the only plus.
