This property is great, the area is clean and the staff are very friendly. The only complaint was scheduling a reservation for dinner in the restaurants was very difficult because they were booked fast.

I have no complain about this resort. I had a really nice time. The property is really nice, the pools are endless and well maintained. The animals habitats was a different touch to the regular hotels setting. It is a big property, so walking would be something to keep in mind even tho they have shuttle that goes around every 10 to 15 min give or take. I would definitely recommend this resort and i would definitely come back again!

Older Hotel but great service and beach.
Older All Inclusive Hotel that has great service which had the best beach in the area. The hotel was very clean and organized. The service was excellent. The food was ok for buffet style. The tacos and burgers at the pool side were excellent. The restaurants were ok except for the steak house which was the best.

Take full advantage of all the free activities - kayaking, tennis, pickleball, yoga etc. Equipment is older so expect that. This is our second time at Grand Princess Riviera. The facility is starting to show its age and the food definitely is not as good as previous year. Food not up to North American standards so be aware of that. The staff are wonderful. Even though it’s an all inclusive, a monetary tip goes a long way. Know what to expect before you go and adjust accordingly.

I want to say first this Resort has a ton of potential, but failed to deliver on very important parts of our stay. If this property had better food it would be 5-stars. The staff was amazing. Most of the resort was beautiful and clean. Even with all I'm about to say, we might return. If we had a kitchen. Our biggest issue was the food. I can confidently say we did not have one night were dinner was good. First, getting a reservation is so difficult its almost not worth it. You have to book days in advance, literally. Whats worse is that the food is terrible. The buffets options were poor and everything tasted so bland and poorly prepared. The restaurants were bad. We tried the Mexican spot and it was not good at all. We went to the black and white dinner, which was supposed to be special. It was god awful, easily the worst meal of my life. I'm not a picky eater at all. The menu was pre-selected and I swear on my life it was like somebody picked it blindfolded. Who puts gravy on a cold steak and serves it with a shell on, eyes visible shrimp? I literally didn't eat that night. Breakfast was regular. There was 1 and half options for lunch. Taco Truck (great) and Burger spot were the food was bad except for the pulled pork. Burgers were in a weird packaged film that made them taste weird. Our room had the AC pointed right at the bed. We got sick at the end of because of it. We had a lagoon suite, the lagoon was poorly kept. Please update the gym, its old.
