It was very hard to understand the front desk receptionists! When asking to write what was said down he got pretty irritated! The room’s definitely need some repairs! The vanity light over the sink was blown! The ceiling has water damage and the couch is all stained! I was not impressed! I will never stay there again!

The place was filthy, looked like the floors had mot been washed in a vefy long time. The vacuum had nit been done either, there wascan accumulation of dirt. There were cockroaches and another kind of bug (not sure which kind). We left.

When arriving to our room. We noticed quite a bit of filth in the room. The shower was falling apart, there was a hole on the wall by the toilet. The shower curtain is caked with mold, the headboard disgusting… After cleaning all that I could, went to use the tv and WiFi both had terrible service, the tv kept freezing and the WiFi kept shutting off. All in all never staying there again, asking for full refund
