When I checked in there was a huge puddle of water in the bathroom. It was apparent the room hadn't been used in a while. The hood over the oven didn't work nor did the light. The front desk was unable to move me to another room. The maintenance man that came after I reported the incident in the bathroom said there was no one to mop and I had to call back down to the front desk. The front desk guy and maintenance man came back and mopped. Very frustrating to pay so much for a room and to have deal with these issues especially after a long trip to get there. I was offered a refund but since I booked through Expedia I was unable to get said refund.

Good hotel for the price

Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had full-size fridge, living room area was comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that the televisions built into all three cardio machines in the tiny fitness room were not working (staff checked).

WONDERFUL STAFF!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
I was with a group of ladies and we needed to make some room changes. the staff was very accommodating and met every need and request. We were welcomed and the gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and went above and beyond what was expected. Our only complaint, as with most hotels was the air conditioning was hard to regulate. Beds and rooms were great. Would definitely stay again.
