Overall the stay was good. The room has an odd smell. Maybe has been smoked in? Hard to determine. Pool was great, nice and warm. Beds were ok, slept good but nothing fancy…

When checking in, Desk person said he could not connect with Travelocity to check us in. It took a good 30 minutes until we were checked in.

Carole, at check-in, was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. She went out of here way to help us with dinner options as well. She really set the precedence for a lovely stay. I will definitely be back.
