This is a motel (Super 8 vibe). The picture really makes it seem nice, but in reality it’s pretty much a motel that happens to be on the river. The balcony was nice, but other than that the room was basic with low quality towels and a hard bed. I would not stay there again. I’d book a hotel and not get captivated by the picture and thoughts of a beautiful river. There are houses rights across the street from the hotel, so that’s the view across the river.

The place was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly and ready to solve any issues. Next time going back to Pigeon Forge this is my place to stay and recomend.
