Easy access off and on the freeway. The hotel is old and a little rundown however it was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. There was no breakfast as stated on the Travelocity site. It was nice that we were able to have our dog with us. There's a really nice part within walking distance that we were able to take her to and run her. There's a nice little strip mall with a thrift store and a Dollar tree and a Big 5 in it and a nice quiet subdivision to also walk our dog in.

When we checked in we were not told the elevator was out of service. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and my husband has difficulty with stairs. The room smelled pretty bad and it was ice cold. When we turned on the TV there was no service. After checking with the front desk we were told the entire hotel was without TV service. We were then told that there was nothing that could be done and they would not refund us the cost of the room. We would expect better service and we would expect a refund from Travelocity for $108 for the cost of the room.

This property was nasty it looked to me like this is where Mesa houses there homeless. Lots of bicycles locked up around the property. My major disappointment was that the night manager picked my room at 4 am for a welfare check with 3 police officers knocking on my door and having me come outside my room. Terrible place.

It appeared to be in a sketchy part of town. We found hairs in our sheets and towels and also holes in the comforters. We were not impressed.

Terrible Experience. Graffiti on the nightstand, people hanging out in the hallways smoking cigarettes, extremely sketchy. We checked in and checked right out.

Transients were all over the place at night, the room was filthy dirty, the shower curtain full of smoke smell, the furniture had cigarette burn marks on them and a homeless man try to break in to my room. On top of it we did not get the room that we requested at the time that we set up with you
