The resort first off is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are equipped with a full fridge, plates and glassware. It was a lot more than I expected. The pool is heated. They offer a grab n go breakfast which again is way more than other places offer. The resort is very close to shopping and restaurants. While staying our hair dryer didn’t work and after notifying the front desk the staff was there in seconds to replace it. Once again I can’t express it enough this resort is extremely clean, from the grounds to the room. The price was unbeatable for what you get for your stay.

Greeted by friendly staff

Pros: I always like the privacy and comfort of the Residence Inn hotels and this one met our standards. The staff was nice and professional.
Cons: I would have liked to have seen the presence of a security guard or other authority type of figure on the premises.
Location: I was there to house hunt for work so I didn't get an opportunity to explore the area. It appeared to be a safe and clean.
Overall this was a good stay because the room was clean overall and well maintained except the rim around the toilet bowl in our room was dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were woken up at 5:30 in the morning to someone banging on the door above us and turning on a radio that was loud enough to hear. We could hear them walking around and talking loudly. It must have been some late night partiers that had no consideration for others. I can't fault the hotel for this but it would have been nice if someone would have asked them to keep it down. Thankfully it ended after about a 1/2 hour when they apparently passed out. The breakfast was not very hot because the burners didn't seem to be working. However, the food was still good. Nice, friendly atmosphere. The main area was clean and well maintained.

Great location for Scottsdale and Paradise Valley

Pros: Staff and accommodations plus location
Cons: No improvement needed
Location: We were in town for an event in Paradise Valley which was minutes away. Also close to shopping, dining and Old Town Scottsdale.
Our Jr. Suite was comfortable, very well equipped with good AC, comfortable bed, nice reclining sofa and reclining chair. Delicious and bountiful breakfast.
